John retired in March of 2010.

Josh grew up in Yuma and graduated from Kofa High School. After High School Josh left Yuma and worked as a personal trainer, master trainer where he trained trainers and eventually as a fitness club manager, and during his travels he received his bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing. He moved back to Yuma to start his own company and put his 10 years of fitness experience to use and provide Yuma with its first full service 24/7 fitness facility with multiple locations. Over the past four years he has grown his company Snap Fitness to three locations and more members than any other gym in town.

In addition to working in the mortgage industry, Quincy has also been employed by a commercial/residential developer and farming company. Katie has a broad spectrum of experience in the Real Estate field with over 17 years in the business. She began her career as an office manager for ERA Matt Fischer all of the property management and oversight of two offices. She then went on to become the Project Manager for The Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation for 4 years and assisted in recruiting large companies to Yuma to create jobs and enhance economic opportunity for the Yuma area. This led her to become involved with the Downtown Revitalization for Yuma Main Street as their Executive Director.

She then began working with a Non-profit Developer in housing development and was the lead Developer/Project Manager for the Carver Park Townhomes Tax Credit project. She also went on to be the Project Manager and Head of Sales for the Eldorado Condominiums.

She is now working back where she started with ERA and stays very busy with residential resale with a specialization in land and commercial property sales. Katie is also a property manager.

Katie has 3 awesome boys - Jimmy (22) recent graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Jake (17) and Johnny (15) are students at Yuma Catholic High and excel in sports and are honor students. She enjoys playing golf in her spare time and traveling to Mexico.
